Ride With Ryan, Day 22, Part One.

I left the house at 4:00 AM with the bike in the rear seat of the old Buick.
100 miles later at The Margaret Chesley Memorial Park, Bellville, Texas I found these two tents and two bikes at 5:50 AM.

It had been raining lightly and the trains near by, meant no sleep for Ryan and Josh.
Ryan packs up.

The rain started coming down harder after they got all packed up.
I suggested someone stay with the bikes while we would go look for some breakfast.
Not so easy with one vegetarian.
Very difficult with one vegan.

Ryan ate a large egg omelet with grits and biscuits.
Josh said he couldn't eat any of the food.

Returning to the park Ryan puts shoe covers on for the rain.
Josh with no breakfast is ready to ride.

Josh has everything except an fire extinguisher.
No, What is that red thing?

Off we go North on 159.

Damp Roads,

Josh is eying the bananas on his front rack.

Wide road shoulders.

22 days on the road, he still smiles.

Great pics, nice ride. Someone should probably mention to Ryan not to lay his bike over on the drive train side if possible. Two thumbs up.
