Shaky set up

So I finally put my 50lb kayak on the side of my xtralongHT on a wide loader. It was awkward but I strapped her down and gave her a test ride. I am worried about two things.

The first was that it wanted to tip the whole bike over the kickstand. I just ordered a kickback, do you think this will help?

The second was it was extremely shaky. I did this real quick and only had maybe 10-15lbs on the other side on the adventure racks to counter weight it. Do you all think the shakiness will fade when more counter weight is added to the other side?

Thank you
