Not centered on my bike?

I have a LHT with a brooks b17 and for a while I've been having weird left wrist pains and tried every adjustment/swapping of parts possible and couldn't find the problem. Last night I discovered that when I look down my left leg is closer to the top tube while my right leg is further away. What is the fix to adjust lateral position? I've tried twisting my seatpost to different angles but that doesn't work. I've even gone so far as moving the handlebars over to the right to have a more centered position. WHAT TO DO!?!?!?!?

I have the same issue. I've been meaning to have my legs measured. Apperantly
Most people are a litte asymetrical in that area but some more than others.
I suppose the remedie would be to put an insole in one shoe or the more extreme
Route would be to run two different crank arm lengths. Then again if it's not causing
Too much pain it nigh be best to leve it alone. It could also be that the ligaments are
Wound tighter in one leg more than the other. I haven't gotten to the bottom of it yet

keep everything as it should be ,bad idea to move things off centre.if you take off your pedal ,add a few washers to pedal thread ,, you should get about a centimetre adjustment on that,also adjust your cleats (are you wearing cleats).other than that what about putting double bartape on ,first one gel next one ordanery bartape.hope that's something to go on, not nice when your in pain .best of luck hope you find the cure.

I moved my cleats around today, I moved the right one further in and the left further out, hopefully it will center me out a bit.

Have someone measure your arms and legs. Start with the legs. If one is shorter you can get a leg length shim from these guys

You can also put something underneath your innersole to add a mm or two. You can cut a thin innersole down to the size of the bottom of the shoe, or a piece of plastic. It doesn't need to cover the whole foot, just the front half.

If that's the problem, when that's fixed it might just help with your handlebar problem. If it doesn't, try a shorter stem, or a handlebar with less reach.

Asymmetry is possible, or some other misalignment. Experiment and/or look for a good fitter.

Here's some tips on fit.

Could be hip flexibility. The hip flexor opposes the leg when it is pulled in tight to the top tube. Typically the weak side hip is stiffer than the strong side. Are you a lefty?

Try a few stretches before getting on the bike...
Hip flexors, quads, hamstrings, glutes....

Take note if the flexibility is asymmetrical.
