My favorite wheels? Mavic Ex721 w/ Chris King Classic hubs (36h) DT Swiss straight gage spokes and Schwalbe Marathon Plus tires. Really nice and very strong.

My 26" wheelset is for winter riding. Phil Wood hubs, sun rhyno rims...as wide as I felt i could go, Nokian extreme studdded tires. Urban assault vehicle, I could swap tires and have what has been reffered to as "expedition wheelset", everything is an expedition here in Alaska ;-)
