Completed tour of GAP and C&O - Thanks for the help!

We completed our first multiday tour last week on our tandem. It was a blast! We are looking forward to future bicycle touring.

Whether you knew it or not, you all helped considerably. I spent many hours reading the Tips & Tricks Sticky and using the search function reading older posts.

Special thanks to thanks to The Historian, Spinnaker, and Andydreisch for their helpful PM's.

Chris & Susan

No, unfortunately Hubbub is just a bit too far away for us. I did have them do some service on the tandem a couple years ago. They were very helpful and did good work.

Looks like you had great weather.I just went up to Cumberland and yesterday it rained alot, and I mean ALOT!I don't have a camera or I would have definately taken pictures, but the towpath was not pretty or easy.Nor was I prepared for camping out in all that rain but thats another story.Anyhow I'm glad that you had a good time out there.

I finished the C&O and GAP on Saturday with a group of 48 cyclists with Adventure Cycling. Absolutely fantastic ride in spite of the Saturday rain. I highly recommend the ride.
