Son just completed a new intro video to his Alaska to Mexico tour
My two sons aged 23 and 15 had completed a bike tour in 08 from Alaska to Mexico. Jake has slowly been putting the footage into a documentary about the experience. Check it out. The new intro video is the https://alaska-to-mexico.blogspot.com

Thanks for the link. Tell your sons thanks for sharing their trip. I've started reading the blog. What a great job on the blog and videos. Sounds like they had an wonderful adventure that they'll be able to share with their children and grandchildren. (Just think, they'll be able to keep electronic copies of their blogs and online video for the children and grandchildren to see. The future kids will have an appreciation from that content, not just the tales told orally.)

Well done! Be a good primer for others looking to pedal that route.

"A trip like the one described in this blog should be attempted with great caution. Know your limits, or you could end up dead. This should only be attempted by someone who is trained in wilderness survival, cold weather camping, first aid, CPR, Black and Brown Bear Safety, backpacking, and bicycle touring. You must understand that you are taking your life into your own hands by attempting such a journey. Please take the appropriate precautions before attempting a self supported, long distance bike tour."
Nothing like a little fear mongering. CPR what I am going to CPR on myself?
