Frame Bag Face-Off

Porcelain Rocket vs. Epic Designs

Who wins? Quality, function, design, material, price, etc. Any firsthand experience? I'd love to hear comparisons between frame bags, seat bags, handlebar bags, whichever y'all have experience with.

Any other brands worth mentioning? These two seem the best for shouldering big loads over rough terrain while touring.

Thanks,
Nameless

First time I'd seen the Porcelain Rocket designs, so I can't help, but I'm grateful you posted them.

I would add Carousel Design Works to your comparison. I have a frame bag and large saddle bag from Jeff. The craftsmanship on both is impeccable. Jeff was a really cool guy to work with as well.

Thanks for the addition, MTBMaven, whether it makes the decisions harder or not! A Matthew Lee recommendation does say a lot though, for both durability and weight.
