Update on Oregon and California Hiker/Biker campsites?

I'm planning a pacific coast tour for june-july this summer and am wondering if anyone has any updates on the status of H/B sites on the coast. There's been some talk of changes due to the budget cutbacks but it's hard to find anything from the state on it. Has anyone been through recently that might have some good advice/news/suggestions? Any help would be great, thanks.

Hi, I just finished a coast tour . I have a journal at crazyguy, look up "Donkey on the left coast". The short version is a few campgrounds are closed, but quite a few remain open. They range in price from $5 to $10 per night, with most at the lower end. Some have showers, some do not. ALWAYS have a cuple of dollars in quarters to pay for showers. Overall they were wonderful.
