Large panniers on a low rider front rack

What are the largest panniers you've used successfully on a front low rider rack? Any panniers that hit the ground while turning are automatic failures. I've used Nashbar Euro Compact Panniers (approx 30L capacity) happily on my front rack. I'm hoping to find a 40L set that will work up front.

I use the 40L Axiom Lasalle panniers on my OMM AC Lowrider rack successfully.
