After eight years, I've finally busted out my touring gear in preparation for a mini-tour down the California coast. Here it is, mounted to my beloved Crosscheck.
And just for kicks, here it is set up in local mode. I converted an old backpack that really seemed destined to be a pannier.

Yes Koga do produce a good looking piece of kit
Heres a pic of same bike when new at the back of bike shop in UK - even prettier
Essentially same except now has Shimano XT hydraulic disk brakes and MX30 pedals, plus straight handlebars
Getting some Arkel gt54 panniers for next year so then will be even better
