If I were trying to sell used bike frame for 12,000 I think I would include more than one photo...

The BIN price of $12,000 is likely either a typo or someone not understanding how to set BIN prices vs. reserve prices, etc.

In any case, it doesn't matter if you're interested in the bike. Bidding opens at $1,000 - that's the price that matters, not the BIN prices.

In any case, $1,000 seems high to me. The used frame market is soft.
