Another bike fit question

So last night when I got home from work I noticed that the seatpost was wiggly. Thought It was just a loose bolt since the seat and post are fairly new but no, the seat post tube on my alum. Schwinn has cracked just under the seatpost clamp.
Talked to Performance where I got the bike and they said it takes about 2 months for the warranty process.
Can't be without my bike for that long. I commute with it every day and have my first tour comming at the end of April.
So, I saw that Nashbar has their touring frame on sale right now for $99.00. I remember reading some good things about it on here so I figure for that price what the heck. That's a weeks gas in the Yukon.
My question however is the fit. The biggest they sell is a 60cm. I'm 6'3 and I've got a 95 cm/37.5 inch inseam. Some of the bike fit suggestons I've seen say I should be looking at a 62-64. I like to be a little more up right on my bike (seat post about -1 inch to level with the bars) so I have riser Mtn. bike bars and a steep stem on my currently broken schwinn.

Any thoughts on the nashbar 60 for someone my size?

Updated: Found a LBS with a 60cm LHT so I'm going to go give it a test ride. Said they could get the 62 as well but don't stock it.
Anyone know how the LHT and nashbar frame sizes compare? Surly seems to have all their sizing info at the ready but I couldn't find much for the Nashbar frame and there are always those "they might measure at different points issues".
Depending on how it works out with the Schwinn warranty and the LHT test ride I might just go with a LHT frame set. I've been drooling over them for a while anyways. $165 delivered for the Nashbar frame set vs. $430 for the LHT.

Thoughts?
Can a LHT be used with V brakes? I normally see them with Canti's.

You can use V brakes on the LHT. My guess is that you will need the 62, and since the Nashbar doesn't come in 62, your choice will be clear.

Note that the Nashbar Touring Frame no longer comes with a fork. Nashbar sells the fork separately for $50. The touring fork is steel with a 300mm steel steer tube, so if you're not against using spacers, you can jack up your handlebars without too much trouble.

Nashbar Touring Frame makes a long bike. My 60cm is more like 110cm wheelbase.

Test road a 60 LHT and it was a little small. Reach was good, maybe a little more than I would have liked with drops and a 130 stem but I had to put the seat up quite a bit so the Nashbar is out too. Velvet Blue 62 LHT, bottom bracket, headset and a new chain are on the way! I've been eying them anyway so this just gives me a good excuse to pull the trigger. Now if my front wheel will only pop some spokes...
