My first build- Western North Carolina riding
Well this is my first build started as a Japanese bike..12 speed
almost done with my upgrades-
as listed=
=Cane Creek SCR-5 Aero Brake Levers Black
=new brake calipers and pads
=1950 leather japanese saddle = nice
=new handlebar and tape
=gps mount for my DeLorme PN-40 = nice
=just got my new rear trunk bag mounted
=new tires and tubes
=set of old school Shimano 105's with toe cages
=and more to come

Looks nice. Might be tough on some of the climbs in Western NC with a 12 speed. I'm headed out on a short 2-3 day tour next week in Western NC. Leaving Franklin and heading up towards Bryson City. Probably loop back from there via the NOC and back over Wayah Gap. Enjoy your bike!
