I have no personal experience with Bradley but I have begun shopping for a touring frame and I asked a friend who runs a top notch bike shop nearby (he sells many high end and custom frames) for some suggestions and he said the following;
"One nice one is Bradley frames. Made in Ohio,
they are fully lugged, straight up frames. We have sold a number for real
tourists, cross country riders, commuters, etc., because he does a great job Bradley's are also
reasonably priced. Full custom frame set, one color Imron, all the braze-ons you
might want, in 531 tubing for $1199.00"
I have some digital pics- email me if still interested
