Blatic in June - windy?
My friend and I have ditched plans to cycle in Spain, and are probably going to the German Baltic, maybe from Hamburg to Rugen.
I've only ever been to that region once, in August, and it was really windy. Anyone been there in June? Is it renowned for being windy, or were we just unlucky?
Also, I'm imagining there's good provision for camping, anyone confirm this, and have any indication of how popular the sites are and if we'd have to book in advance.

Sorry, just noticed - that should of course have been "Baltic" not "Blatic". How I wish it were possible to edit titles.
