    A lot of people will be looking forward to a ride update. Are you going to stay with the stock tires or something more pavement friendly? Anyway, congrats and I will be checking again, and again.....

    Are the frames available or did you buy complete?

    I was building a karate monkey single speed commuter when they announced the Ogre and now I'm waiting for the frames to start shipping. It's a way more versatile frame (even if I don't particularly care for the color). Frame size and your measurements would be nice to compare.

    Can't wait to get my hands on one.

    Looks like it. I also notice the 3 different locations where you could mount a Salsa anything cage, or plain water bottle cages. I was studying the specs on the Ogre when I learned it existed, and compared them to the Fargo, and the main difference I could see was the Fargo's longer chainstay. Is that the right term? But I'm not well versed in bicycle geometry specifications by any means. But nobody around me was going to have an Ogre in stock.

    Wow! Lots of questions, I'll try and hit em up in order.

    @seeker333 - 18"

    @Bekologist - Just over 6' and 18" frame

    @Barrettscv - Yep! The 25.4 version.

    @aroundoz - I'll definitely be providing a ride update. If the weather holds up I'm going to take it on a short overnight in So Cal just after Christmas. As far as tires are concerned I'm going to move to something a bit more street friendly. When I get to that point I may solicit some opinions. I've had great luck with Schwalbes, so I'll probably look there first.

    @TenThousandSuns - I believe frames are available, but I ended up buying a complete. I had the bars/levers/etc switched out to make it a little more long-haul friendly. As far as measurements, I don't have my info in front of me, but I'm just over 6'. The frame ended up being an 18". If you're interested in more accurate measurements, I can dredge them up when I head home from the office.

    @enigmaT120 - Two main differences made the choice for me, though YMMV. First and foremost, rear facing dropouts (or track ends, kinda). I planned on this being my "do everything" bike so I wanted to leave the option open to easily run it as a SS MTB. How this plays out when I get my first flat with fenders and racks installed is still up in the air, but I imagine it won't be too onerous. Second, the cluster of eyelets and mounting points leaves open the option to run a Rohloff hub in the future (without an adapter plate) and the canti bosses should make it easier to mount the Old Man Mountain racks that I currently have planned.

    I'll provide an update as soon as I can pry myself away from the office for more than a day
