Connecting to the Southern Tier from Northern Cali

Hello everyone. I am leaving Friday from Virginia and driving my uncle's truck out to my brother because my bro purchased it from him. This seemed like a more interesting mode of transportation to get out there than just simply flying to San Diego to begin my tour of the Southern Tier. I am taking the Southern Tier solo, but riding from Healdsburg, CA (near Ukiah) to San Diego before I begin the So. Tier route. I have already purchased the maps months ago for the Southern Tier from ACA, but did not purchase the Pacific Coast maps because this portion of the trip just arose recently when my brother decided he wanted to purchase the truck and ride his bike along side me from Healdsburg to San Diego. Now it is too late in the game to order the Pacific Coast maps, so I was wondering if anyone knew of a link to a google maps version of it? I know one exists for the So. Tier and was wondering if anyone has mapped it out for the Pacific Coast.

Just keep the Ocean on your Right- side.

Oregon DOT publishes a free map of the coast bike route , see if Cal Trans does too.

stop at the Hostels along the way .. they're nice, low cost, stays.

It actually probably isn't too late to order the maps, you could call ACA on the phone and see if they can overnight them, or send them to your destination.

Or this: http://www.amazon.com/Bicycling-Paci.../dp/0898869544

Or that book might be available in REI, there's an REI in Corte Madera, San Francisco, Redwood City, or try some other local book or bike shops.

But yeah, just keep the ocean on your right and follow the signs on the road.
