Kudo's to them for getting the ban reversed, but I think there is another issue to go after. It is my understanding most cities wont' upgrade or improve a state highway passing though their town due to the state owned right of ways. We have a state hwy in my town that they won't add bike paths or improvement due to the state can decide to widen the road and not replace the cities improvements.

So, for cities to manage their bikeability, they needs to be a way to resolve state owned right of ways.

Great News! Now the good people of Missouri need to rise up and fight the good fight against Rep. Brattin's attempt to ban cyclist's from public roads in that State:

They need to ban casinos and especially casino buses - apparently riding on those things can get you killed.

Hard to believe that any Colorado town would ban bicycles. I have always thought that most of Colorado was pretty progressive when it comes to the environment.
