I need a 110 BCD touring triple that works with a BB to give a road chainline of 45mm. What do you guys recommend?

I am assuming your 45 mm is for a 68mm BB width. Do in mind these are generalizations and can vary a couple of millimeters:
late model sugino or a shimano RSX take a 118 mm BB
Pre low Q Shimano XT, original Suntour, older sakae and old Sugino usually take a 122.5.
Old XT pre 1990 and some 80's japanese cranks usually need a 127mm .
There are are other variances such as chainstays with greater bends for tire clearance and larger 3rd rings which need extra clearance . you can also get spacers up to 2 mm for the drive side to adjust the chainwheel out.
