Hitch and bike rack

I want to put a hitch and bike rack on a 2013 Honda Fit. I don't want the type that the bike hangs by the top tube. I have fenders on my touring bikes. Does anybody have recommendations?

Ones made to carry electric wheel chairs, perhaps?, Or how about just buying a enclosed box trailer,

And putting your bikes and some gear into it?, then you can lock the trailer doors.

Check out the Thule Raceway Platform. I didn't check to see if it will work with your car or not. But it holds the bikes up by the wheels. Oops, you said you want a hitch. There are quite a few out there for a hitch. I like the Yakima Holdup. Pretty easy to put the bikes on and holds them securely.
