86 or 87 Lotus Odyssey outside of Richmond, VA...
I've been addicted to CL lately and with the help of a vintage touring list found here, stumbled along this bike 56CM Steel 18 Speed Lotus Odyssey I have no money or I'd probably arrange a shipment or facilitator to get this rig but I thought I'd give a heads up to ya'll. I haven't contacted the seller for more info(post is pretty slack, possibly because there are no problems and it's PERFECT??)

The decal style on that bike makes it a post-1987 model. So far, a 1988 Lotus catalog hasn't surfaced, but component dating of similar bikes (with the same decal style) makes that a 1988 or 1989 model.

yeah snydermann, my research was pretty weak. I was going off the vintagelotus website's list of odysseys, figured that they had all the years listed and from the c-listing's pic it could've only been 86/87; thanks for the clarification. for 100 it's a steal and i just wanted to give a heads up to anyone who could snatch it up.
