De Bernardi Thorn or Benotto

Hello,
I'm going to build a track bike for myself. I like steel... lugged steel and classic looks. I came across DeBernardi a snd Benotto steel frames. Which ones do you guys recommend? Which one is better? Which one has a more relaxed geometry (this bike will be ridden in the city too).
Thanks.

I have a DeBernardi - good for the street and the track, although I have never ridden it at the track. There are a few other people I know that ride this frame too. good reviews, nice construction. chippy paint. thems the breaks

I know zilch on the Benotto

I can second these comments. Although I have ridden it on the track and loved it. Yet I don't have mucht to compare it to as my track experience is rather limited.

dibernardi's have the absolute worst paint jobs on the planet as far as durablity. i could be wrong, but i think that now dibernardi, benotto, and olmo are all made out of the same Thron tubing by the same maker through Red Rose Imports...so the only real difference would be geometry...which since you're online, you could look up on their individual sites.....
