I'm thinking about building a track bike up and i wanted to know if anyone had any opinions on Leader frames. i'm just looking for an entry level bike at a reasonable cost. anyone have any insight. opinions on a good under $200 frame would be appreciated too.

The first thing I would consider would be the overall cost of building up a bike for the track - what components, what frame, etc. If you have already made a list and gone through this, cool.
What I would really recommend is looking into some of the bikes that comes with the necessary parts to get on the velo - like a Fuji or something similar. One of the racers last night crushed the Cat3/4 field in a Danish race on a stock Bianchi pista. I am not advocating any brand here.
I know that LEADER has had some issues with headtube/forktube matching up (see the FG/SS forum: leader frames).
I am not sure if they have nice addressed this issue with their frames. Personally, for an entry level bike - Fuji, Bianchi, IRO (Tony is a great guy) - that is where I would start. Hope this helps.
