She is having an awesome season! Congrats, Velo! (though I know she's probably too busy to post here until late fall!)

Welcome back, chica!

Well alllllllll riiiiiiiiiigh!

Congrats on your awesome season! When are you coming to Chicago to race the Downers Grove Criterium? I listen for your name every year, but no Velo.

Hope to see you around the forums more often!

Downers Grove. It's been one that's interested me for quite some time. This year it wasn't a team race (the majority of our team is Canadian), but maybe next year it'll be on the list and I'll get to race it!

Heh nice to see a local hero (Holloway) is doing well too ...... very annoying that there's no real easy way to ride to the track from here, so becoming a trackie would mean buying a car again....

Yes, Holloway had a really good Worlds this year. I'm really going to be excited to see what he'll be doing next season.

Ha! It's a coincidence you mentioned that since it is what I'm currently trying to put into more concrete terms. For now I know I'll be doing the NRC thing come summer. This winter hopefully will bring some track racing. Beijing...

I just wanted to add to the congratulations list. Also, I've been to T-Town a few times this year, so I'm trying to connect a name to a face to a bike... are you one of the people who ride flourescent colored Tiedermeyer (is that the right name?) frames?

No, I ride for Victory Brewing, so my bike would be a red Specialized. Those bikes are Tiemeyers.

The photo was taken by Amara Boursaw (wheelsinfocus) who is another sucessful junior track cyclist who rides for Gregg's ?.

Aren't those something? I believe Shelbe Eck rides the fluorescent Tiemeyer pink frame, and Colleen Gulick has the bright yellow one.

Yep, I know Colleen a bit because the she was training with her coach the first time I rode on the track, but I couldn't remember Shelbe's name.

I think I recognize that red S-Works, too... So now I have to go back to T-Town and keep an eye out.
