"The DGV speed record is now set at 13.4 seconds for 250m (1 lap) behind a derny. "

Still crazy fast.

And note the training she did:

"I have been slogging my guts out with long slow road miles and a combination of different strength endurance efforts which are also done at a slow pace and I must admitů"

Rochelle is an endurance rider/roadie. She doesn't need mega power that comes with huge quads or glutes. She set that record on a lot of leg speed, I'm sure.
