Thinking of another project. At a price of $1000 or less which frames do you like? Thanks. Pics?

at $1000 bucks (or a couple hundred more), you can find quite a few custom builders who do whatever you want.

Cycles Marinoni in Montreal Quebec - www.marinoni.qc.ca - who has probably made more custom frames than anyone in N.Am over the past 30 years, will make you one for less than $1000, and 1000 Canadian at that. And full custom too. We just got a fleet of ten teens' rentals at out track (650c wheels, Zona tubes, 3 color) and they are VERY nice.

Thanks. Which builders do you like? I had thought about a Tiemeyer but they're a little more than I want to spend.

Which builders do *I* like? Hmmm just about all the ones that do "perfectionist" work. There are lots of them; take your pic. It more comes down to what style, what philosophy you like and then there's the wait factor and dollars to consider.

I know some people that goes to London's canada velodrome and use ridley track bikes and they are very very very pleased with them... how big are u anyways?
