Size matters

Im 5'9 and I'm checking out a bike (nishiki frame) of a guy who is 6'1. He doesnt know the frame size exactly but says it "fits him fine", sound like this bike frame is going to be too big? Guess Im asking because I dont want to check it out, if someone can chime in with feedback.

I'm 6'1" as well and ride a 58 on the track, but a 60 on the road. Fits just fine is subjective though so I'd try to get him to measure it.
