What exactly is a no attack points race? I'm signed up for one this Saturday !

Probably you're not allowed to attack until 1-2 laps before each sprint, and not allowed to try to gain laps -i.e. the peloton regroups after each sprint.

It's common in training races when there's a big variation in people's fitness. Around here sometimes people will do a ~40-60 lap points race, no attacks allowed until after the halfway point.
