Is it even possible that the person who would ride that Leader would have that normal amount of seat post showing and also need that super short stem? it doesn't look right

I'm kind of surprised that you would race with plastic MTB cages and nylon straps.

You might want to invest in a decent set of track pedals and shoes.

And a whole bunch of chainrings and cogs, you ratio looks quite low there.

alrite first of all this bike is about 5 days old, im still waiting for my grips, my seatpost, my clips, my saddle i couldnt wait to ride it so i put on a mountain stem, the clips from my road bike and the saddle from my tt bike. and my gear ratio is 49x13

Right now I'm just waiting on a few parts to arrive and for things to clear and warm up before I put the new parts on there. Right now I got the road beater parts on it lost the original pista I had in a crash back in the beginning of the month, was only able to salvage the fork, bars and front wheel. In a couple of months I'll have the new front wheel built with an Aerohead rim and DA hub and will have DA crank arms for it.

Does Beaker Concepts make frames? I thought they just did tri accessories and stuff.
