I work for a Fuji dealer and still couldn't get it. Wanted the pro deal...Maybe next year I'll get it or the Track Elite.

Don't think so, the 23c is right up on the brake bridge...

Hmm, I don't know if I can help you-- is that a clincher or tubular rim you're looking for? Araya out here is pretty much the keirin stuff, 16b gold or the black version for training. I donlt see much in an aero rim except ridiculous "fixie" stuff, all clincher.

These rims were hot in the 80s. They are hard to find even in japan. The clinchers are even more rare and sell for a crap load. I am looking for a tubular one.

I thought maybe you might have seen them being closer to Tokyo. I saw a couple rims in Osaka but no one would sell them :< Nothing in gifu :<:< I actually managed to find this one in Canada.

Well next time you're coming over give me some advance notice and I'll see if I can hook you up with some club racing (or at least training) in the Tokyo area.

How's your nihongo?

I loved that bike, but sadly had to sell it for several reason. First, I'm in graduate school right now which is terribly expensive. Second, I also have a Tiemeyer which is very similar but with a shorter top tube, so I'm able to use it for pursuit races with aero bars. The Cervelo I could not. Finally, I could not afford to have two nice track bikes sitting around my house until next summer comes around. I would rather the bike be put to good use by someone near a year-around velodrome.

Thanks!

The frame is one of those Motobecane Team Track frames that is more or less a re-branded Fuji Track Pro/Comp.

Ah, I knew the seat junction looked familiar.

I've ridden on one before and it was probably the stiffest and most responsive frame ever.

Good looking bike Andrew.

My old mid eighties Pinarello. I sold that bike a couple years ago, but I sort of miss it now
