anyone know?
Who rode the bike with the really big rear disc wheel and the smaller front one. I read about it in something a while ago and want to find a picture, but had no luck searching. Does anyone know what i am talking about? The rear wheel is tucked way under his butt. Thanks

it was francesco moser but it was the year after his first hour record. crazy wheel - as tall as possible for lowest rolling resistance, I think 2.5 tire casings to make the tire. He failed to break the record on the bike.

Moser also attempted the hour record sometime after Boardman broke it the first time using a modified "Obree tuck" (Moser added a chest pad). He broke is own record but failed to break the UCI record. Shortly after that the tuck position was banned.
