Recommend me a rear wheel

Stuck working tonight and search is not working, so please forgive this beat up topic. I'm looking for a rear tubular for my track bike. I have front carbon tubular (Rolf tdf38) on the front I plan to use. The thing is I don't want to break the bank and buy a $1-2K disc wheel at my level of track racing, it just seems dumb. Something in the less than $400 range would be ideal.

thanks

Find a used disc. Or just get a set of used 404 tracks. thats your best bet.

Just a follow up note, for follow-up purposes.

Cane Creek Volos came up as a good fit, and they come stock on the Bianchi Pista Concepts. Supposedly if one scowls Craigslist sooner or later a hipster will be selling them, because Tubulars are too expensive to skid through. I ended up buying a cheap brand new set of Mavic Reflex's to get me to the level where I can justify the kinda money for Zipps or something.

Used HED disc off eBay, I'm pretty confident you could get one for 400, and cheaper if there's no lockring thread.
