Newby at the track... looking for work outs
I just started riding at the velodrome, and was wondering what kind of work outs people do when they are training. I am not preparing for any specific event, but know my sprints are extremely weak and need a lot of work. does anybody have any workouts/routines I can do at the track so that i'm not just wasting time there.
same here! i`ve been five times now and have posted decent times - 1.14 dead for the 1km on my road bike - i`m getting a track bike next week, looking for any decent work outs to help me get faster. or websites with that info, seem hard to find. thanks 2!
