Berma - cinelli s.c. whats the deal?

I just got this frame and trying to understand it all. seems like an old 70's berma team bike, but has cinelli s.c. stamped on the bottom bracket and looks a lot like 70's cinelli track bikes. also has crowned campy fork as well. anyone have some answers about this bike?

it looks like the lugs and dropouts were bought from Cinelli and Campy, but everything was done by Berma... But I'm not the one to ask.

Those fork ends are standard for older Italian bikes. You'll see that the dropouts are stamped with the name as well. Additionally, Cinelli has done the same with BB shells. You can find bikes stamped with Cinelli's name on the bottom of the BB shell pretty easily
