any good recommendations for a good pair of
track grips?any comfortable ones out there? I'm upgrading my handlebars and have never really used track grips. I have a kilo right now with the stock bars on it. They are too narrow and goofy looking so i'm going to get the soma 456 bar to replace them. I'm not looking at spending tons of money, so any help would be appreciated.

For grips, I've had best luck with the translucent Champ grips, which for one reason or another seem to get much grippier than the solid colored ones. Someone else can probably explain this as a property of the rubber and pigment's effect on it. Any grip you get isn't going to have much in the way of padding or comfort though. ~$15 for two grips.
Favorite stuff though is the soft-touch Fizik tape. It only comes in black and white and it's not the same as the more common leathery-texture Fizik stuff... it's a thin synthetic bar tape with a pretty grippy texture out of the box (but gets better over time) and seems to have just the right amount of dampening per how thin and grippy it is. ~$15 for enough tape to wrap your bars all the way.
