That looks like a custom titanium frame. Are you looking for a Ti track bike or for a track bike with a curvy seat tube?

KHS made a basic steel bike with a curved seat tube for a few years in the late 90s or thereabouts.

yeah it is custom, there is an auction for it on craigslist in the bay area.
the seller said its a very rare custom frame theres like only 6 in the world, i dont want that specific one buut

i do want
a titanium custom built frame, with the curvy seat post to bring the wheel pretty freakin close to the front rim, but i want it just as light as that frame which happens to be 14lbs!!! :O
hellp

get a high quality steel bike- reynolds 753 or 853, true temper platinum OX, or something else high end steel. it will weigh within a half pound or so of the titanium frame, be stiffer, and give a better ride.

should be less than 1k as well if you go used- i have seen some old Panasonics (?) with the curved seat tube.

titanium is falling out of fashion with a lot of people, because with the newest steels are almost as light (or lighter- see true temper S3 tubing if you are less than 170), give a better ride, and aren't ungodly expensive. its still out there- but you gotta research. their is a company that makes a 20 speed STEEL bike that is less than 14 lbs. (http://www.rodcycle.com/outlawspecs.html). granted, that's their top of the line bike, but steel can be lighter than just about anything else.
