Or an entirely new name all together. I REALLY hate the langsters except for the s works bikes. This one looks interesting though, with the threaded headset and all

A threaded headset? Is this 1998? Why can Specialized never get anything right?

It's a good looking bike, otherwise.

I think that they are brilliant. They are appealing to the hipster fixie crowd AND the retro grouch track guys. It is a gorgeous frame, and I can not wait to own one. I really want to get the weight on it. I'll throw some Cane Creek Sprint wheels on and be good to go.

My ONE complaint is that the frame is not lugged!

However it still is a nice frame and this is one of the moments I love working at a Spesh dealer!

Looks nice. Is it just 4130? Or something better? I'm love Specialized's track bikes. I own a Langster S-Works and a Langster Comp, and I'm thinking about adding this steel Langster to my stable.

Love it! Does it only come in red? Are there speculations on price? I would love a toned-down black version.

Black is the old Black.

I'm so tired of black bikes. Folks, don't be afraid of a little color. It won't hurt.

It's not like old track bikes aren't available. If you want to ride an old-style track bike, buy one. If you're going to spend the kind of money a new bike costs, you should get a new bike: something with an alu frame, carbon fork, all the good, modern stuff.

But then, that's hardly the point of this bike, right?

Yes, because Cinelli invented red with chrome accents.
