RTS Carbon
Anyone ever heard of them or used them before? I saw a couple posts on weightweenies about No-Name using their frames... and some discussion on Team Jelly Belly using their wheels...

I've sent them an e-mail to see about pricing and shipment. I know they are located in Asia and not sure if there is a US distributor. They also sell road frames as well.
Cheers..

I've heard OK reviews from members on another forum. They seemed to be happy with their purchases.
There are quite a few private label bike component suppliers. Basically, "ADD YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE" type products. I've seen the same track frame (not this one) branded with 2 or 3 different names.
I read an interview once where the president of HED or Zipp broke down how these companies do it. Basically a company like HED or Zipp spends millions of dollars and several years designing a product then a knock-off company will buy one of the said products, melt the resin off of the carbon which will expose the layup (secret layering) and then reverse-engineer it. Sort of like buying one Luis Vuitton bag then cutting the seams away to show the individual pieces and make a pattern from it. Some may change it slightly to avoid international copyright issues.
