Flying 200 strategy
I would like some different prospectives on how to properly perform the flying 200 , to give yourself the best chance to reach your potential fastest time ie; track position , speed at entry etc.

I would expect track position etc will be velodrome specific - i.e. lines on a 250m or 330m track, angle of banking etc.

Although they all look the same, there are several variations on how to approach the flying 200M. I think the #1 factor in lowering one's F200M time is to practice it. #2 is to follow different people and experience the different nuances of their approach.
The flying 200M is a lot like sneaking up on a chicken.

Ask the riders at your track. And depending on the track the fastest guy may not have the best stratigy. So find a bunch and try them out, see what works for you.
