My Winter Training Schedule
I plan on continuing with this schedule through April. The Saturday road rides are for fun however it's detrimental to my top end speed. I'll likely alternate Saturdays with more time on weights.

One thing to note; too much of one thing might dull your mind through boredom. Are you going to change up some of the exercise, e.g. SL deadlifts instead of deadlifts? I don't see much core strength work either (though this is an issue I have; your core may vary).
I was shown a funny thing in the gym (if you have a stretch that's carpeted try this too). Take a step (like one they use in a step class), turn it upside down and load it with 90 lbs. Hey presto, you have a sled, and can throw in some 20 yard dashes too.
