Just looks like a flying 200m as a group rather than individually?

I know the guys in that video.

Basically, it's a Flying 200M with a lead-out for the first part of it. Which means you don't have to break the wind on your own till you are at max speed. It's basically "poor man's motor-pacing".

I think it's actually two-man teams spaced out, if I remember correctly.

Exactly!

I think it was worthy of a Youtube video because they did 3 pairs at once.

Basically, the second guy in each pair is the one getting the benefit. The first guy is simply the "lead out man".

Think of it as a 2-man lead-out drill...as a Flying 200M.

If the first guy were on a motorcycle, then it would be a standard Motor-paced Flying 200M.

Back in the olden days, it just meant riders had to take 5 shots of wodka before a 5-lap scratch.
