2013 Track Worlds!

The UCI Track World Championships are going on right now, and the UCI YouTube stream isn't available in the States. Does anyone have suggestions for streaming sites?

Awesome first day with the Australian team win the Team Pursuit!

Alex Morgan who was in the winning team is a member of our club. I race A grade there so have had the good fortune to race against him on the track a few times. Been well and truly shown a clean pair of heels... The ability of these guys is amazing!

one hour after his IP final. That's just staggering.

Also, I really don't think he knew he had company until he saw a wheel come up on his hip - that he then pulled another pile of watts out of his magic-green skinsuit for the last 400m is just mind-blowing.

Man, I felt really bad watching that guy gain a lap early and then just watch the field ride away from him with the gap opening meter by meter. I was thinking: awesome move, the guy's in the catbird seat now and everyone else just f-ed up. Then he got dropped just as fast.

The youtube clips posted that night are pretty solid. That is how I have been watching most of it. The women's team sprint was a fun one to watch.

For those that are awake and want to dig around for a live stream. BBC 2 starts coverage in about 20 minutes.

I'm proud of the Canadian womens' bronze. It's been a hell of a week for them ( Jeremy Storie, the development coach passed away on Sunday )

Watching a points race with comentators and graphics on the screen makes it so much more enjoyable. And I love watching them in person.

That's awful news. Travis Smith and the Canadian National Team boys used to visit us in San Diego before HDC was built in Carson. They are really great people.

Our kids know what it's like to have a coach pass away suddenly. A couple of years ago Mark Whitehead died overnight at Junior Nationals in Frisco, TX. Jenn Valente went on to win gold at Junior Worlds in Moscow.

2005 Worlds in LA was the most fun I've ever had at a bike race!

Thank you! I'd been looking for a feed and poking around on this site but didn't see a link to BBC Two or an overall listing of available links.
