seriously. where do my fellow thick-legged men buy jeans that look and fit good?

so far only Levi's 559 or 569 had one particular pair that fit ok.

waist is about 34, but i have to use 36 so my booty and thighs can fit. 29 or 30 inseam.

Try out 562's, "Loose Taper".

Extra room through the thighs/ass.

Have you heard of keirin cut jeans? I'm not sure if they will make men's pants..will check out the 562s

562s are good, but a bit loose fitting. I find 501s to be great. Size up on a pair of shrink-to-fit ones and soak them in the shower (add 2-3" in the inseam). While wet, do squats or even ride your bike to stretch the waist and butt. Knee bags will form eventually too, loosening up the thighs.

Personally, I usually size up on my jeans and have them brought in at the waist and tapered below the knees. They look perfect and it isn't that expensive, especially if you like dropping $150+ on jeans. I also recommend Naked and Famous Weird Guy Highs if you want a tighter fit.

Swrve jeans are great too. Avoid the Levi commuter 511s are they are cut for guys whose track bikes have never seen a real track.

i dont ride track. i ride road but enjoy squats and deadlifts.

i feel like serena williams trying to buy jeans.

my thighs are 25 inches at the largest part (upper) and 22 inches mid. calves are about 15.5 inches. and a legitimate booty.

not saying this to impress anyone, i just need some jeans that allow me to squat down or raise my knees.
of course, my little 29-30 inch inseam is ridiculous.

cost wise, id like to stay under $80.

was looking at makeyourownjeans.com, but am hesitant.

My thighs are 29" around and my inseam is 32". I only wear Levis 501 *non-shrink to fit*.

They fit well. Not tight. The key is to air dry them not put them in the dryer. I buy them for around $50 or less at Macy's. They seem to always be on sale.

Stay away from shrink to fit...because they are designed to shrink which will exacerbate the problem here

I've usually worn the 560's. It's been a long time since my calves would fit in 501s.

That's why you size up on them! They will stretch out where you need them leading to a great almost custom fit. I have several pairs of 501s, and the STF are best after they break in. Give it a try. They also sell for ~$30 on levis.com on a double sale. My last pair was $26!

I have a similar problem. A lot of riding over the last year has trimmed my waistline down to 32 inches but if I buy 32inch waisted pants that are anything but loose fitting its a comedy. The only way to get pants that fit is go up to a 34 inch waist and take in the slack with a belt. These days I wear form fitting athletic/hiking pants they stretch enough around the thighs to fit and not look stupid. Finding jeans (especially in Korea where everyone is thin and noodle shaped) is a challenge.

So, I rode my bike to work today with my 501s. Not good. Too tight. Nearly split my pants several times. Had to put my phone and wallet in my jacket pocket.

Time to move on to some other pants suggested in this thread

Not sure what happened, but my legs have swollen up lately. I'm on a dramatically different training program than year's-past.

I don't want to be the guy with the too-tight jeans on

I only wear diesel jeans. Most comfortable ever and they wear perfectly with time. I have some from several years ago all frayed up covered in patches I don't care I love them
