usually only about the top 5 sprinters go sub 11" on the 200m at Elite Nats..
take a look at the International Omnium results for the flying 250m and it looks like only Bobby L. is riding at sub 11" 200m pace.. (thats based on 2011- the last time i can find results that are relevant)
Its pretty hard to imagine them hitting those speeds at the end of a 100lap points race..

Track sprinters usually don't get a five lap lead out though...

After reading this thread, I've realized that they aren't very complimentary....haha. Thanks for the insight guys!
I guess I should keep climbing to a minimum while I race. on a more practical note, a big injury during climbing would definitely take me out of service for cycling. Only injury so far has been a pulley injury on my right ring finger, but I've seen a few twisted ankles.....

Okay, yea, forgot about that. Maybe breaking 11 is a bit of a stretch for an enduro.

Cycling was always the priority and climbing was more a social thing with my friends.
