But the form Pervis has, got to be looking good to take down that 58.875. And hopefully we'll all be able to watch it live as the UCI stream is showing the last session, with a highlights package of the previous 2 days WR fest.

UCI feed is live, was it just me or did the New Zealander look pretty pissed at the Malaysian guy for the crash he caused? Hope he's alright.

Ok, I'm shocked! INCREDIBLE time from Pervis, not only a new record but by 2.5 seconds??? 55 the next mark??!! Stunned.

Regarding that keirin crash, on the contrary to me it looked like the New Zealander (Dawkins?) way over-compensated to Josiah Ng's contact. That crash looked horrible, but apparently Ng is ok.

That makes sense, during the replay it looked like Ng tried to shoot the gap and Dawkins moved up track. I couldn't figure out why he would move that far up though. Would make sense if he was countering a shoulder check.

Josiah Ng posted he has a broken collar bone and fractured ribs. Sounds like he will be alright though, he posted it in a video.
