closing out on what will be 12 days of no training, assuming I can get back on it Wednesday. My serious cold took a hard dive into pneumonia. Day 3 of antibiotics and I'm starting to feel decent- but my lungs are wrecked.
Woke up at 180lbs this morning- 7lbs lighter than when this all started.. . Presumably a big chunk of that is just dehydration- more just a clear indicator of how hard the last few days have been on my body.
