I will be honest, my frame is perfect it rode so well last season, and I won a lot of races, but man when you go to regionals and nationals and all of the cool, burly looking carbon frames are there and everyone is riding the best equipment its neat, it really comes down to I want to try a carbon frame.
Just make sure that you don't buy any problems. Proprietary aero seatposts that slip is a common problem that people encounter when they move from aluminum to carbon. ALL PROPRIETARY CARBON SEATPOSTS SLIP. Some worse than others. You just need the right combination of weight and track bumpiness for it to happen. This is why the DF3 and BT are nice because they use a standard 27.2 seatpost.
Slipping proprietary aero seatposts is an epidemic that frame manufacturers seem to be ignoring. It's even common in the road bike world.
