Unknown tri-spoke wheels

Does anybody know the actual make of these wheels, all i can see on them is USA compositech but i think thats the make of the hubs. Also does anybody know what price i could expect to see them for? Pictures attached, any response appreciated. Thanks

I think the zipp part is just an adapter but not sure, had a look on the zipp website and cant see any tri spoke wheels on there
