Home Made Lemonade

Hi I have a question. I make my own drink for my rides it seems to work ok but now im not so sure about the effects of it. All I do is pour some water into my pack and squeez some lemon into it I dont have any set amount. But im wondering if the lemon has any negative impact on my performance?

not that I know of. But I usually get reflux when I have an acidic drink while exercising. May wanna watch out for that.

I wouldn't think so. Throw in some sugar and a little salt, and you have Gatorade.
