I was just sitting at my desk after lunch and felt my heart making these real strong but slow beats, like I'm scared or had a lot of caffine but instead of a thumping fast beat, it was a thumping slow beat.
So I sat down and measured 7.5 beats over 15 seconds. Round up to 8 and it was 32bpm. The last time I checked 2 months ago, it was steady around 40-45...
I hope I'm not going impotent or something..
